Cage apparently bought the property in 2006, for $8.6 million. But had to sell the home in 2009 because of “catastrophic” debts.

Kenneth Lowman, Broker/Owner of Luxury Homes of Las Vegas quoted the sale price at $4.95 million, the lowest price ever paid for the home which was built in 2003.

Cage at one time owned 15 mansions all over the world but has been forced to sell many of them.

The site describes the property as “Nicolas Cage’s Ultimate Vegas Estate” and says ” this home offers the BEST views in Vegas!”

New owners will enjoy a “HUGE closet and Spa Bath!”  and the agents say the “Infinity-edge pool/spa and BBQ deck are at the top of this amazing cliff and offer AMAZING VIEWS!!”

“This is the Best home in Las Vegas! The home just had a multi-million dollar renovation that includes an AMX smart home system, electric shades/drapes, 2 saunas, new floors, gourmet kitchen, New landscaping, offered fully furnished with brand new everything!”

The two story house also has 3 fireplaces 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a professional movie theatre, a games room and a 16 car subterranean garage not to mention a fountain.
