Many may not have noticed but the new Frankston Bypass is well progressed and is due to open in the early part of 2013.

It is estimated that the new road will cut travel times to the Peninsula by 15-20 minutes making the trip from the City a “stop light free” experience.  No longer will you have the stop-start trip through the back of Frankston.

The new road will also speed access for Sandhurst residents to all parts of the Mornington Peninsula.

We have already seen families buying at Sandhurst because of the improved access that Eastlink has offered and we believe that this new extension will position Sandhurst even more favourably.

This weekend we have a great range of Sandhurst’s finest homes for your inspection.  Please call in and see us Saturday and Sunday.

**Special mention reminder that we are sponsoring this year’s Sandhurst Resident Ladies Dinner which is on Thursday 29th November at 6.30pm at the club.  It is a fantastic night with lots of fun!  Tickets are just $40.00, available from the members bar or call events on 03 8320-5353.
