These days, good photography is just as important as presenting your property well. A photograph will often be the first impression a potential buyer will have of your house, and it can influence their decision to view it. Recent data indicates that around 80% of buyers now use the internet to search for a home.

There are numerous benefits of professional photographs:

· A high quality photograph can affect the bottom line. It enhances the house and showcases it finest attributes in the best possible way. This in turn adds value and can often increase the sale price.

· Inspections are critical. The quality of the photograph can drive or hinder the traffic through open or appointed inspections.
